How fast can I expect to reduce my size?
The speed at which you will lose inches will vary from one person to the other. As a rule of thumb you can expect to lose 1-2 sizes within 30 days based on studies that have been carried out with the products but please bear in mind everybody is different.
Can I expect to lose weight as well as inches?
Not everyone will experience weight loss just by starting to take 30 Days™ tablets. The Colon cleansing can certainly help with weight loss and some people have significant waste in their colon but If you have started taking 30 Days™ and in addition commenced exercising then weight loss may not occur as heavier muscle mass may have replaced fat mass.
